New Vitae Wellness and Recovery Celebrates Veterans Day
November 16, 2016Residents and staff from Mount Trexler Manor and Quakertown House gathered on 11/10 to celebrate Veteran's Day. Staff and resident Veterans were recognized individually and each was given a thank you card with a WAWA gift card in appreciation for serving our country. All branches were represented in our group of 18 veterans. We enjoyed a patriotic sing-a-long, patriotic-themed snacks, and raffles.
"On “special occasion” visiting days they always provide a welcoming good meal, some entertainment or a little education for the challenges we have to face as family members and care givers."
